Class: FOOD - How Is It Affecting You and Your Family? May 13, Saturday

impact is commercial food having on your tissues, cells and organs, your energy
level, or worse - your children's development? In this class you will obtain a
basic understanding of how the food you are consuming may be affecting your health
such as: Inflammation, pH imbalances, growth and aging, our moods, digestive discomfort,
hormone imbalances, fatigue, allergies or sensitivities etc. You will learn how
to make wiser food choices and what it really means to "eat for health and
wellbeing". You will receive recipes, menu suggestions and experience how
easy it is to cook "healthfully". There will be a cooking demo, so be
prepared to enjoy some healthy and yummy food.

this class you will learn to make enriching hand creams, lip balms, room sprays
and more. You will gain a little knowledge about essential oils and herbs. Be
prepared to take home your "enriching lotions and potions". All materials

Class: Creating Mandalas May
20, Saturday 10:00 - 4:00 pm Mandala
(the Sanskrit word for circle), has been used for centuries as a religious and
healing practice. Every culture has its own form of this. Mandalas help you focus
and reflect on the spiritual content of your psyche. You will make your own Mandala
using simple materials. This will be a relaxing and meditative day that will leave
you feeling centered and at peace. All materials will be provided. Anyone can
take this class, artist or not. Cost:
