Thank you for shopping with FrogWorks, Inc. we
appreciate your business. Please inspect your order carefully once it is
received for damage that may have happened during shipping and for accuracy of
the order. If you encounter a problem please contact us immediately so that we
can make it right as quickly as possible.
We have a 14 day return policy. All returned products
must be unused, in resalable condition, and come with the original packaging.
FrogWorks’s essential oils can only be returned if the protective seal is not
broken.
To make a return; all customers must contact us to
receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any
product(s). We will not be able to accept any product(s) if it does not have an
RMA number. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping
charges will not be refunded. Customer pays return shipping charges on all
returns.
Registering for Classes
Live courses at Kaeru Studio:
FrogWorks requires a 50% deposit to hold your space in the class.
You must register within 4 days of the course.
We require a 48 hour cancellation notice in order to get a full refund. If we do not receive a 48 hour cancellation notice you will only receive a 50% refund.
Home Courses:
FrogWorks requires full payment for our home courses.
If you are not happy with the home course you have purchased please return within 7 days of purchase. All home course returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer pays return shipping charges on all returns.
